Group Setting, 2-6 students
Classes can be held over 2 weekend or weekdays, in-person or online depending on the numbers, preference, and location of participants.
Combination of lecture, open discussion, and take-home practice; includes a Reiki Attunement and a Certificate of Completion.
Course Goals
Learn about the fundamental concepts of Reiki including:
- History, Tenets, and Terminology
- Body/Mind/Spirit Connection
- Energy Healing 101
- Intro to the Chakra System
- The Reiki Attunement
Integrate practical techniques into your daily life to:
- Reduce Your Stress Levels
- Build Self-Worth through Understanding and Awareness
- Boost your Energy Levels
- Promote Self-Healing
- Discover Your Unique Gifts, Talents, and Purpose
Location
In-person classes are hosted at the CRHC in Constance Bay and periodically offered at other locations throughout the Ottawa region. Arrangements can also be made to offer a class at your location. Contact Bev at the CRHC for more information.
