Bev Hille, Reiki Master Teacher
Bev offers her students over 30 years of professional experience as a Reiki Teacher combined with her own life experience and study. She has offered her services in both the traditional medical and naturopathic environments with Whole Medicine, Kanata North Medical Centre, in private practice, and in media and print.
Bev has also given lectures in the community and business organizations on a variety of subjects relating to Reiki, Energetic Healing, and Personal and Spiritual Growth. A member in good standing with the International Reiki Association, her clients are local and international people of all ages and backgrounds.
Bev’s journey to self-awareness began in 1994, after a precognitive experience involving her goddaughter who, unbeknownst to her, had tragically and unexpectedly passed away during the night at her family home. Shortly after, to support herself, Bev attended a Reiki introduction with a local Reiki Master Teacher, eventually becoming a Reiki Master Teacher herself.
Being very practical by nature, but strangely comfortable with energetic/esoteric information, the experiences Bev encountered challenged her to find a balance between these two worlds. By deepening her relationship with her soul, Bev was able to shift her perception of both self and others, which ultimately enabled her to integrate a more balanced, grounded approach to life’s most trying situations.
Evolving over the years, her teaching style bridges the gap between the energetic realm and the practical realities of the human experience. With Reiki teaching as a starting point, she offers information and strategies to her students to make real changes in their lives by actively participating in solutions. In doing so, people can begin to embody their spirit fully – with love, respect, and a passionate connection to their life – nurturing their soul through conscious living and intention, to become who they are meant to be: rich in love, confidence, and awareness.
Born and raised in Toronto, Bev currently lives with her family on the outskirts of Ottawa where she operates the Canadian Reiki Healing Centre and The Practical Empath Blog.
